Home Position Start
Gauge Plate Interlock, Slicer will switch off when gauge plate indicator is adjusted to 0 & Carriage System Interlock, carriage will not tilt or remove if gauge plate indicator is not on 0
No Volt Release, if power fails or plug is removed slicer must be switched on again to restart
High deflector plate on carriage leading edge protects operator when slicing
Tilt handle for cleaning under machine
