Chef Chris Roberts brings 15 years of experience to his role as head chef at Vision Gardens; born in New Zealand Chris moved to Australia in 1999 and to the Mornington Peninsula in 2001.
Chris said his love of food was the driving force behind his restaurant career. "I love cooking and seeing the resulting happiness and satisfaction my dishes bring to people," Chris said.
Chris and staff are often seen in the kitchen garden at Vision Gardens, gathering fresh produce for the day. The new Autumn menu at the Vision Gardens restaurant is based on much of this seasonal fresh produce.
Open 9am to 5pm Monday to Sunday for cooked breakfasts, ala carte dining, coffee and cake and group functions daily
