Description
A new development from Mount Langi Ghiran, although Western Australia has been famous for Sparkling Shiraz. We are looking for a newer, contemporary style with bold and bright berry fruits in the foreground. Wine will be aged on average 2 years prior to tirage to retain this freshness and tension, and blended vintages will enable us to develop a consistent Cliff Edge Sparkling Shiraz style.
Wine Notes
Colour - Dense dark purple, fine mousse.
Nose - Dark berry fruits with leather and earth characters.
Palate - Fine bead with gentle tannic weight and berry fruit sweetness coupled with mixed spice.
