Originally planted as Spain's fashionable white variety Albarino, our vines were identified as a minor French variety Savagnin which appears to be still grown as Albarino in Spain. A small parcel of this variety is grown in our cool climate vineyard. Fermented with 100 wild yeast this wine shows aromatic flavours of peach and apricots, slightly minerally with a long lemony palate. Serve with seafood dishes, Tapas, Paella & Risotto
