GCD International Meltout Ovens

Waste tars, tallows, fats and heavy oils can be processed and reclaimed with GCD's melt out ovens. Our units have been employed to recover highly contaminated waste tar safely and efficiently to be re-used as a product additive or as a source of fuel.
In many processes, highly viscous wastes are stored in drums, crates or other miscellaneous containers awaiting disposal. GCD International melt out ovens are designed to handle highly contaminated wastes separating bottles, cans, sand and a variety of foreign inclusions to recover a clean, re-usable resource. GCD International's offers complete packaged systems that include materials and container handling, pre-heated product storage and pumping systems, container recovery and/or disposal systems. Where the waste tar can be utilised as a fuel, complete combustion systems to ensure safe disposal can be provided.
Process fumes are captured and treatment can be integrated with existing facilities or provided complete with the melt out oven.
